Job Descriptions :
- Manage and maintain the organizations IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
- Manage and maintain internal server, including back office servers, mail server, and online system server.
- Implement and oversee security measures to protect the organizations data and information.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
- Stay current on infrastructure & security trends and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
- Coordinate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.
- Ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
- Handling daily activity of IT Departments.
- Troubleshoot, installing and configuring of IT systems (Computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, PABX systems, CCTV and public equipment [projector, webcams, etc]) is running properly.
- Maintain all software, hardware, and security systems.
- Software development support (full stack programming).
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience as an IT Manager (Having experiences working in Capital Market will be advantage).
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and emerging technology.
- Excellent understanding and experience with routing, switching, load balancing, web application firewalls, network protocols, and network security.
- Experience with data center.
- Experience maintain and configuring Mail System.
- Hands-on configuration & troubleshooting experience of IT equipment such as PC, server, network & security devices.
- Proficient in server (Linux, Windows, onPremise/ Cloud Server).
- Experience of all Microsoft system.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in collaborating with people in other departments.
- Have deep understanding for computer programming/ Full stack programmer (PHP, .Net, Javascript, angular) and maintenance.
- Understanding Web Servers : IIS, Apache HTTP and WAMP/ LAMP.
- Proficient or generally knowledgeable about Secure Sockets Layer.
- Experience in SQLServer and MYSQL DBMS.
- Good communication skill and teamwork.
